Rotate cluster password
POST/redis/v1alpha1/projects/:projectId/clusters/:name/rotate-password
Replaces the cluster password and returns the new one. Authentication stays enabled throughout. The running servers keep accepting the previous password until the cluster is restarted (POST .../restart); restartRequired reports it until then. Refused when authentication is disabled, and, with a retryable error, right after authentication was enabled, while the cluster's password is still being set up.
