Cancel Restore
PUT/backup/v1alpha1/projects/:projectId/restores/:name/cancel
Stops an unfinished VM instance or disk restore, ending it failed with a message saying what it leaves behind. Its data transfers are cancelled, and a restore not started yet is removed. Refused with FailedPrecondition for Postgres and MariaDB, whose restores fail on their own after thirty minutes, for a VM restore that has not started moving data yet (retry in a few seconds), and for a restore that is finished or finishing. Nothing is reverted: the VM may be left stopped with its disks set aside, and restoring again brings it back.
