Delete Restore

DELETE 
/backup/v1alpha1/projects/:projectId/restores/:name

Removes the record of a finished restore. Refused with FailedPrecondition while the restore is pending or running: the driver would carry on without a record, and the application would be released to a second restore. On a finished restore only the record goes; the application and the backup are unchanged. A VM restore that does not finish is stopped with CancelRestore.
